Shipping & Policies

  • Shipping starts at $12.95 within Canada.
  • Orders $25 or more is highly encouraged. Shipping rates are raising these days so try to make the cost worth it by buying more items! Shipping costs are barely increased, or not at all by adding a few more items.
  • Discounted shipping rates for $100+ 

  • Please give us 2-5 business days to get to your order ready. We run on a first come, first served basis, so we do need some time to finish any orders ahead of you!

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to heavy rock, or large shipments.

  • We are unable to ship Air plants outside of Canada.
  • Air Plants are shipped at your own risk in cold weather, make sure you check the weather between Vancouver, BC & your location. 
  • Please select 1 Day shipping if weather is 0C or below!

  • Sorry we do not accept returns due to the high cost of return shipping. The shipping you would have to pay, and the restocking fee would be more than the value of the shells.

  • International orders are shipped at your own risk you are responsible for researching if the items you order can be imported to your country. Import fees are the buyers responsibility.
  • Stolen packages are not guaranteed for replacement. If the courier has proof of delivery then they successfully provided their services. Failed services must be claimed with the courier itself.
